The information here is very helpful on how to handle these kind of situations. I have always felt like you need to confront the person you have the issue with. This has confirmed my thoughts. Thank you for the email and have a blessed day.
But as a supervisor or manager I also feel that they can offer help to their employees, which I have done that before when I was an office manager. Sometimes the employees are not confident enough to ask in fear of negative reactions. I always was busy but had the open door policy. I noticed that they would come by my office so when I had a free moment I would contact them to see what I could do to help them.
I had respect for them and they respected me back. They were all sad when I left the company which sad to say only 1 employee is there now out of 10.
Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.
